Gratitude – Day 3

“I am very grateful for sleep”

Although I don’t get enough of it, sleep is very important to me. I try to sleep in as much as I can during the weekend and for the past few days, I have not been able to sleep. Some nights I am so restless that I don’t even seem I got at least five minutes of sleep. But today I woke up around 10:30 ish and It felt so nice. Every hour counts.

I would prefer to wake up and just stay in bed but I had other priorities for the day. I think it is so important to give your body sleep. I’m going to try my best to give as much rest as my body needs. Lately, I’ve been such a mess and sleep occasionally greets me with warm arms!

Nevertheless, sleep is sleep.
