What’s In My Journal? – pt. one

Another form of creativity I love is journaling. I don’t do it every day but I try to stay consistent every month. I decided I could give you a tiny tour of what is in my journal some of it is from this month and other is from the summer I hope you enjoy!

*I haven’t decided whether or not I should post any writings, maybe I’ll post a poem I’ve written in my journal or a stream of consciousness. I don’t really follow the terms of bullet journaling but I do take some aspects of the ideas.

Summer 2018
This is a page from the summer. Sometimes I like to make little pockets in the pages with washi tape and paper so I can put pictures or little moments from traveling.

This is a page from today. Sometimes to relieve some stress while I study, I draw pictures that sometimes correlate to what I’m studying or feeling. Other days I’ll just draw for fun with no real background. The main reason is to focus on one thing and forget about the things that are making me stressed.

One the left is where I have a journal entry. On the right is a little list of ideas and things that I wanted or need to post on to the blog.

Sometimes I get really lazy and I leave my notebook for my classes at home and write all my class notes into my personal journal. I don’t mind this at all. I have a better chance of looking back at my notes plus it takes up less space and paper. I also write a little bit better in smaller notebooks! 🙂

I hope you enjoyed this post! Let me know if you would like most posts like this!
